If you don’t have a springform pan, a regular, round cake pan lined with parchment paper can be used. With some more delicate cakes, the springform pan serves the purpose of keeping the soft cake in place, but with the crust of this pumpkin cheesecake recipe, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.
