Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, beat dry cookie mix, butter, and eggs with an electric mixer for about 1 minutes or until dough forms.
Scoop dough into 1 1/2 tablespoon portions, roll each in powdered sugar and place about 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.
