Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Make and bake brownies as directed on box. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
Step 3
Place pan of brownies in freezer 30 minutes. Using parchment paper to lift, remove brownies from pan. Cut brownies into 4 rows by 4 rows.
Step 4
Spread vanilla ice cream into half of a 9-inch square pan lined with parchment paper, and pop back in the freezer to harden.
Step 5
Once brownies are cooled, add that ice cream on half the brownies, and top with the other brownie halves. Cut between brownies and through ice cream into 8 sandwiches; dip in melted chocolate. Place in freezer to firm up. Enjoy!!
