

These Churro Cheesecake Bars are going to wow your crowd! They’re scrumptiously creamy and the sugar cookie crust adds just the right amount of crunch to balance the cheesecake!

Heat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, and egg until dough forms. Press dough in bottom of 13x9-inch nonstick baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Cool while preparing the cheesecake mixture.

In a large bowl, beat cheesecake ingredients with an electric mixture until smooth and thoroughly blended. Pour cheesecake mixture over baked cookie layer and spread evenly.

In a small bowl, mix the 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over cheesecake mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheesecake is set in the center. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
When ready to serve, cut into squares and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. Store in the refrigerator.
