

Start your morning with a stack of warm, fluffy Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Pancakes. With only four simple ingredients, they come together fast using Bisquick™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Pancake & Baking Mix for epic Cinnadust™ flavor and melty cinnamon bits throughout. Top with maple syrup or a sprinkle of Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal for extra crunch the whole family will love.

Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
In medium bowl, beat all Pancake ingredients with whisk until blended.

Brush griddle with vegetable oil or shortening. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cupful of batter onto the hot griddle.

Cook until bubbly on top and the edges are dry, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook 1 minute 30 seconds or until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with desired toppings.

Turn your pancakes into waffles! Make the batter just like for pancakes, then pour the recommended amount onto a hot, greased waffle maker. Close the cover and bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Makes about 8 waffles.
Don’t flip ’em more than once! Too many turns can make your pancakes tough instead of light and fluffy.
If you’re not eating your Bisquick™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Pancakes right away, transfer them to a cooling rack and keep them warm in a 200°F oven until ready.
