Start your day with this easy Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Bread. Made with Bisquick™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Pancake & Baking Mix, it’s packed with epic Cinnadust™ flavor and melty cinnamon bits in every bite. A quick frosting drizzle and a sprinkle of Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Cereal add sweetness and crunch. A fun and delicious treat for breakfast, brunch, or anytime.

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In large bowl, beat Bisquick™ mix, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.

Bake 51 to 56 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan, and place top side up on cooling rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour 30 minutes.

In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting uncovered on High 5 to 10 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle with fork over top of bread. Sprinkle cereal on top. Let stand 30 minutes before slicing. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Want to make muffins instead of a loaf? Heat oven to 400°F. Line 18 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups (or grease just the bottoms). Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake 13 to 17 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans immediately and let cool. Once cooled, drizzle tops with frosting.
Quick breads like this Bisquick™ Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Bread characteristically have a crack or cracks running along the top center of the bread. This happens because the leaveners in the mix cause rapid rising of the bread in the oven.
Since oven temperatures can vary greatly, check for doneness about 10 minutes before stated time range.
For best results, cut loaf with a serrated knife, using a light sawing motion.
