Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°. Place paper baking cup in each of 18 regular-size muffin cups. Make batter as directed on brownie mix box. Fill each cup 2/3 full (about 3 tablespoons each).
Step 2
Bake 22 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted near edge comes out almost clean. Do not overbake. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Frost and decorate as desired. Store covered.
Recipe Tips
For larger cupcakes, place paper baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups; fill cups with about 1/4 cup batter. Bake 25 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted near edge comes out almost clean.
Use miniature muffin tins to create mini cupcake muffins. Place mini paper baking cups in 42 miniature muffin cups; fill cups about 3/4 full (about 1 tablespoon each) with batter. Bake 18 to 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in edge comes out clean; do not overbake.
